Rock Creek Homes is owned and operated by Kevin Guinan. As a 3rd generation home builder from Council Bluffs, Iowa, Kevin would frequently shadow his Grandpa and Mom around job sites. From a young age, he was enamored by the process of building houses. He spent many hours cleaning up job sites, mowing vacant lots and working small jobs in new construction.

Kevin graduated from Iowa State University in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering. He also earned an MBA from Iowa State University. He is a proud Cyclone!

After a successful career in the commercial HVAC business with Trane Technologies, Kevin decided to pursue a new adventure in home building. Rock Creek Homes was established in 2021 with new home construction in Olathe, Kansas and Lee’s Summit, Missouri. We look forward to serving these communities and the rest of the Kansas City metro area in the years to come.
